Pricing Strategy

Hourly Labor Rate:

Standard Rate: £70.00 + VAT per hour (Weekdays, 10 am - 6 pm).
This rate applies to general labor including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance that do not have a fixed price.

Diagnostic Service: £100.00 + VAT for the first hour, then £20.00 + VAT per hour
This rate is applicable for complex problems identifying e.g. Coolant Leaking, electrical component (ECU, relays, fuses), air leaking, and etc.)

Weekend/Night/Holiday Rates:

Enhanced Rate: 95.00 + VAT per hour.
This rate is applicable for services rendered during weekends, nights (after 6 pm), and on public holidays to accommodate urgent and out-of-hours servicing needs.

Mobile Service Rate:

Call-out Fee: £70.00 + VAT, plus a per-mile charge of £2.00 + VAT.
This service is designed for on-site repairs and maintenance at your location, providing convenience without needing to visit our garage.

Brakes and Axles Services

Terms & Conditions

General Conditions:

  • All prices are subject to change based on specific vehicle models and the exact nature of the work required.
  • Additional parts required for any service will be charged separately.
  • Estimates for non-fixed rate services will be provided upon initial inspection and may be subject to adjustments based on the complexity or duration of the required service.
  • Services scheduled outside of standard business hours are subject to higher rates as specified.
  • Mobile service calls are available with a base call-out fee plus a per-mile charge and are dependent on the availability of staff and necessary equipment.

Warranty of Service:

All services provided are guaranteed for a period of 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty covers only the labor and workmanship performed and is limited to a repeat of the service or adjustment of the work at no additional charge.

Warranty of Parts:

All parts used are covered solely under the manufacturer’s warranty. [Your Business Name] will assist customers in claiming any applicable manufacturer warranties on parts that have been purchased and installed as part of our services. However, we are not responsible for the warranty policies or decisions made by the manufacturer.

Warranty Claims:

Customers wishing to make a warranty claim on services or parts should contact us immediately upon discovering a fault and provide proof of service or purchase.

Limitations of Liability:

Grand Tour Auto Services LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services or parts provided.

Payment:

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of work. We accept payment via cash, credit card, and other electronic payment methods as specified at our location.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee, not exceeding the cost of the booked service.
